BAKERY THOMAS was founded in 1904 in Frankfurt near Fischbach by Gotthard Sauer. Since our recipes from generation to generation are passed in the family.
We bake ever since the 5th Generation for the daily bread ... with success. In our bakery we only use natural yeast for bread-making wheat and prefer to upgrade a long dough. To provide for the well-known, everyday quality, we use only the best raw materials. And of course, baking bread is still done by hand.
